Outpatient Psychiatry Advanced Practice Provider (NP) - UNC Caldwell

Position Information Full‑time outpatient provider Psych‑Certified APP with 2‑3 years of psych experience required Licensed and certified PMHNP; ANCC or AANP Board Certified Experience with EPIC preferred Location: Jonas Hill Clinic, 407 Mulberry Street, Lenoir, NC 28645 Provide direct patient care in office setting for a minimum of 36 hours, serving ages 6‑30 approximately Monday‑Friday, no ED or clinic call Duties Provide patient care to adults and children through assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health needs. Provide medication management and perform psychiatric evaluations for patients pursuing OP services. Provide psychiatric leadership and direction for the treatment team. Work within a multidisciplinary treatment team under the supervision of an MD psychiatrist. Provider will see an average of 10‑12 patients per day. Documentation in the medical record to substantiate accurate billing. Education Requirement Completion of an accredited graduate‑level Advanced Practice Provider (NP) program. Licensure/Certification Requirement Licensed as an Advanced Practice Provider in North Carolina. Board certification if required by the Department. DEA. Professional Experience Requirement No prior experience required.
