Touchstone Medical Imaging is seeking an experienced, registered, and patient-oriented MRI Technologist on a full-time basis for our location in Lakewood, CO. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 7AM-7PM (12-hour shifts)14062 Denver West Parkway, Building 52, Suite 180 Lakewood, CO 80401 Position Summary The MRI Technologist is responsible for performing high-quality MRI procedures in a fast-paced outpatient imaging environment. This role ensures patient safety, comfort, and accurate imaging while delivering an exceptional patient experience. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:- Perform MRI procedures in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
- Ensure proper patient screening, positioning, and image quality
- Monitor patients throughout procedures, ensuring safety and comfort
- Administer contrast agents as directed and in compliance with policy (if applicable)
- Verify patient information, orders, and documentation for accuracy
- Maintain MRI equipment and report any issues promptly
- Adhere to all safety, infection control, and MRI safety standards
- Collaborate effectively with radiologists, technologists, and front office staff
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of exam rooms and work areas
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Technologist program
- Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) certification with Registry in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MR) or current American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT)
