Business Experience Planning and Administrative Specialist - Data and Automation (Financial Governance, Analytics, Portfolio management, Strategic planning)

As a Business Experience Planning and Administrative Specialist within PNC's Data and Automation organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh-PA, Strongsville-OH, Dallas-TX, Birmingham-AL.

Responsibilities include:

a. Monitor Initiative Forecasts: Pulling and analyzing data from the project financial system of record and working with PMs to correct any issues. Goal is to provide an accurate forecast at the initiative level to provide executive leadership an accurate forecast at the portfolio level so they can make informed decisions.
b. Monitor Cost Center Forecasts: Analyzing data provided by Finance and working with Technology leadership to correct any issues. Goal is to provide an accurate forecast at the department level to provide executive leadership an accurate forecast at the higher organization level so they can make informed decisions.
c. Facilitate the development of business cases for initiatives within the portfolio so senior leadership understand what is being approved to be delivered and so initiatives are approved with the appropriate resources to achieve the scope of work listed. This also pertains to any change requests needed for the initiative over time.PNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance. • Provides support and assistance for implementation and coordination of planning efforts for line of business initiatives.
• Demonstrates commitment to quality by delivering customer focus and appropriate risk management practices to customers and/or internal partners.
• Identifies more complex problems and provides advice and resolution in support of line of business initiatives.
• Partners with other departments or other functional areas in support of line of business initiatives.
• Independently provides data collection, research and reporting for assigned line of business initiatives.
• Recommends and delivers best practices and learning plans that meet business objectives.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $52,500.00 – $105,000.00Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
