Internal Customer Success Manager (INS891)

We're looking for an Internal Customer Success Manager to own existing client relationships at Hire Overseas, a fast-growing offshore staffing platform that helps founders and executives hire full-time overseas talent. You will be paid in USD (bi-monthly: every 15th and 30th)

• Client Relationship Management

Run regular check-ins across every active account and spot problems with a placed contractor before the client does Own the quality of every candidate that goes in front of a client Relevant experience in customer success, account management, staffing, or recruiting Clear, real, personal written communication; Background in staffing, recruiting, or offshore hiring Familiarity with offshore talent markets in the Philippines, Latin America, or Africa A short Loom video (1 to 2 minutes) introducing yourself, describing your customer success or account management experience, and walking through a situation where you caught and resolved a client problem before it escalated Only candidates who submit a Loom video will be moved to the next step of the hiring process. If you take full ownership of client relationships, can tell a strong candidate from one who interviews well, and want to be the person that a growing offshore staffing company's most important clients rely on, this role gives you the access, the ownership, and the direct impact to do your best work.
