Administrative Assistant - Safety & Compliance
Charger Logistics is seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant - Safety & Compliance to support our Driver Recruitment and Safety Department. This position is ideal for candidates with a valid CDL License and previous experience in administration, transportation, driver recruiting, safety, compliance, dispatch, or fleet operations.
Responsibilities
Support driver recruitment activities, including candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
Maintain Driver Qualification (DQ) files and compliance records.
Assist with driver orientation and training programs.
Monitor and update driver documentation to ensure DOT and company compliance.
Provide administrative support to the Safety & Compliance team.
Prepare reports, maintain records, and perform data entry.
Assist drivers, employees, and visitors with inquiries.
Other duties as assigned.
