Yard Associate

Job Summary Porter / Yard Worker Responsibilities Station equipment on the location’s property and retrieve it as needed. Maintain a written maintenance schedule and service equipment to ensure specifications are met. Inspect equipment before and after rental to document any lost or damaged items. Education and Experience High school diploma or GED preferred. Experience with common construction and industrial tools preferred. Some experience or training in repair of mechanical equipment preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Effective written and oral communication with customers. Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide). Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.). General mechanical aptitude. Strong safety focus. Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be required based on location. Physical Demands Bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors or outdoors as required.
