Systems Administrator

IT/Systems Department Position

As we expand internally and externally, we seek a qualified candidate to add to our IT/Systems department. We are looking for a fast learner with computer science experience who can work well in a team environment. No dental or lab experience is required.

Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain VPN connections for users
• Administration of On-Prem Domain and M365 Azure Active Directory, user roles
• Supervise and maintain network and servers
• Administer internal helpdesk, provide up to Tier 2 IT support for users
• Office 365, Windows 10 configuration and troubleshooting
• Contribute thorough documentation on tasks, configurations, problem resolutions
• Maintain/Enforce adherence to SOC2/ITSM policies

Requirements:

• High school diploma
• Interpersonal skills
• Taking the initiative to further education in systems administration, networking, and the latest trends/technologies
• Understanding of/experience with network administration (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi protocols, Firewall management)
• Understanding of/experience with DHCP, DNS, AD, V-Sphere
• BS in CompSci, or equivalent work experience
• (Preferred, but not required) Any of the following CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, MCP, CCNA
• Communication skills, vital to both working closely with users and creating clear documentation
