Service Advisor

Job TitleMeets and greets customers in a timely manner and begins to build a relationship with the customer by obtaining their vehicle informationCollects the customers vehicle issues accurately and clearly on the repair orderAdviser will refer to service history, complete a walk around to inspect vehicle, and recommend additional services to the customerAdvise customers on preventative maintenance of their vehicle and value of maintaining the vehicles in accordance to manufacturers specificationsProvide a complete and accurate written and electronic cost estimate for labor and partsContact customers regarding any changes that may be made during the repair process to the estimate or time frame promisedReview every repair order before contacting the customer to make sure work is completed, and authorization is notedCloses repair orders in a timely mannerExplains the work performed on customers vehicle and all charges to the customerImplements a quality control process to eliminate comebacksMaintains high customer satisfaction standards
