As a Senior Sales Executive in Charlotte, you will develop new business, manage strategic accounts, and position Sciens Logistics as the go-to partner for clients with complex domestic and international shipping needs. You will sell across all verticals including air, ocean, ground, customs brokerage, and warehousing, giving you the tools to solve real problems and win meaningful business.What You Will DoProspect and develop new business through outbound activity, referrals, and your existing networkBuild and manage a pipeline of target accounts aligned with company revenue goalsPosition end-to-end supply chain solutions across air, ocean, ground, customs brokerage, and warehousingIdentify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accountsCollaborate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service executionRepresent Sciens Logistics at client meetings, industry events, and trade showsMaintain accurate CRM records and deliver consistent sales activity reportingWhat We Are Looking For3+ years of sales experience in logistics, freight, or transportationDemonstrated ability to develop new business and manage a sales pipelineStrong foundation in domestic transportation sales; international experience (air, ocean, Incoterms, NVOCC, LCL/FCL, customs brokerage) is a plus but not requiredStrong consultative selling skills and the ability to build lasting client relationshipsFamiliarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpotBachelor's degree preferred; relevant industry experience strongly consideredWhat Matters to YouFull portfolio to sell — Air, ocean, ground, customs brokerage, and warehousing.
