Join us at Andersen, and together, let's write the story of your success!The RoleSenior Managers can expect to:Lead and manage the execution of financial due diligence engagements for clients; Identify and help resolve complex transaction risks and issues; Prepare and review reports and related analysis and deliverables; Effectively communicate with target management teams and client personnel;Supervise, train, mentor and evaluate Managers and Seniors Associates;Engage in business development activities (i.e. prepare proposals, present in webinars, collaborate with other service lines to market comprehensive tax strategies for prospective clients, etc.); andReceive formal training related to Transaction Advisory, on the job training, direct feedback from industry leaders, and the opportunity to pursue additional training through internal and external resources.The RequirementsRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Economics; Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required, Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or similar, are highly desirable;At least 8 years relevant work experience with a Big Four or national consulting firm, including at least 5 years of financial due diligence experience;Extensive knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards (i.e., GAAP, IFRS);Strong technical knowledge of complex accounting, financial and transactional issues;Proven leadership and strong organizational skills;Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;Exceptional interpersonal skills and a natural facilitator;Excellent problem solving and analytical skills; andProficient use of technology including MS Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI or other analytics software. Compensation and BenefitsOur firm offers a competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits package designed to support the well-being, growth, and long-term success of our people. We are committed to recognizing individual contributions and providing resources that enable our employees to thrive both personally and professionally.Salary Range: For individuals hired to work in Los Angeles, the expected salary range for this role is $182,100 to $232,500. Actual compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and skill set.Benefits: Employees (and their families) are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance coverage. Employees may enroll in the firm’s 401(k) plan upon hire. We offer 200 hours of paid time off annually, along with twelve paid holidays each calendar year.
