Housekeeper

Habitat America, LLC is seeking a Part Time Housekeeper in Salisbury, MD for Victoria Park Sassafras! VP Sasafrass is an 80 unit tax credit senior community. This fast growing, property management company is largely based in the Mid-Atlantic region.


Applicants who are qualified for this position have general turnover apartment cleaning and minor maintenance, knowledge, and light carpet cleaning. Candidate should have knowledge of safety procedures, safety conscious, steady and dependable, ability to work with pressure of deadlines, ability to flex work schedule and basic computer skills.

This position is responsible for keeping the building and grounds clean and assisting the Maintenance Technicians when needed. In addition to interior and grounds, the position will assist with technical maintenance tickets, assist with unit turnovers. The Housekeeper directly reports to the Community Manager. Hourly wage is dependent on experience.

• Cleaning experience preferred.
• Must have a pleasant and professional demeanor at all times
• Requires extensive mobility and excellent physical condition
• Must be able and willing to work weekends and be part of an on-call rotation
