Mid-Level Capital Markets and MampA Associate

Job Overview A law firm seeks a mid-level capital markets and M&A associate to join its practice in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in capital market transactions and public company reporting and compliance. Duties Represent issuers in public and private offerings of debt and equity securities. Interface with the SEC and other regulators. Counsel public companies on disclosure, corporate governance, and compliance matters. Prepare Exchange Act filings, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and proxy statements. Engage in public and private company M&A transactions. Requirements 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage internal and external client relationships effectively. Reside in the Dallas area at or prior to the time of hire. Work in the office at least three business days per week. JD from an ABA‑accredited law school. Licensed or eligible to become licensed in the state of Texas. High degree of maturity and business sense. Excellent academic credentials.
