Electrophysiology Technician

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Shifts are from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, totaling a 40-hour week, with approximately 10 days of call per month, including nights and weekends.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrophysiology Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in electrophysiology and be available for on-call shifts as needed. This role is critical in supporting medical staff with complex procedures and ensuring a high level of patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assist in electrophysiology procedures and ensure the availability of necessary equipment.
• Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs during procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with the cardiology team to deliver optimal patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Electrophysiology experience highly preferred.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification.
• RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) credentials.
• Valid state licensure as applicable.
