SALARY:

$40,000 - $43,000

Reports to Athletic Director

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Athletics Operations Coordinator provides operational and administrative support to the Marshfield High School Athletic Department. Working under the direction of the Athletic Director, this position coordinates the day-to-day logistical operations of the department, assists with office administration, and oversees game and event operations to ensure safe, organized, and efficient athletic programs. This is a 30-hour-per-week , non-union position with a flexible schedule that includes daytime office responsibilities and assigned evening and weekend athletic event supervision.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required Bachelor's degree preferred; associate degree or equivalent experience considered. Experience in athletics, event management, school operations, recreation, or administrative support. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling software. Availability for evening and weekend work throughout the athletic year. Preferred Experience working in an interscholastic athletic department. Knowledge of MIAA regulations and athletic event management. CPR/AED and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). #J-18808-Ljbffr TrulyHired
