Job Responsibilities

• Conduct both routine and more complex clinical tests-including chemistry, hematology, and immunology-following precise protocols.
• Evaluate test outcomes for reliability, troubleshoot discrepancies, and carry out maintenance and calibration of lab equipment.
• Support specimen collection processes and prepare samples for testing as required.
• Meticulously document all testing procedures, assist in training new staff or interns, and help maintain high lab quality standards.
• Ensure a tidy, safe work environment while strictly adhering to all regulatory and accreditation benchmarks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health degree; ASCP/AMT certification preparation is a plus.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be acquired within one year of hire.
• Continuous maintenance of current certification for the duration of employment.
