As we continue to grow, we're looking for a detail-oriented, people-focused Client Concierge to join our team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate, a career-changer, or anyone looking to build a long-term career in a professional services environment.

What You'll Do

As a Client Concierge, you'll be a key part of delivering an exceptional client experience while supporting our advisor team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing client meeting materials, attending meetings as needed, and completing follow-up tasks
• Serving as a friendly first point of contact by answering incoming calls and assisting clients with routine service requests
• Processing transactions and money movement at the direction of advisors
• Maintaining accurate client records, submitting forms, and uploading documents
• Processing client checks, forms, and administrative paperwork
• Managing advisor calendars, scheduling meetings, and keeping workflows organized
• Assisting with special projects and firm initiatives
• Ensuring all work complies with Fiduciam Financial, Ameriprise Financial, and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
