Senior Real Estate Lending Counsel - Tax Credit Financing

Buchalter is seeking a Senior Counsel with 7+ years of real estate transactional experience to support our Community Development Finance Practice Group. The ideal candidate will handle real estate lending and joint venture financing, especially on tax credit transactions, and draft senior loan documents and JV agreements.
Candidates must be licensed in the state of the Buchalter office location, possess strong writing skills, and have a track record of rigorous academic credentials.
