Position Overview Belev Echad is seeking a motivated, detail‑oriented, and mission‑driven Development Associate to support our growing development team. Reporting to the Director of Development, you’ll play a vital role in strengthening donor relationships, managing data systems, and contributing to a high‑impact fundraising operation. Key Responsibilities Donor Portfolio Management: Oversee a portfolio of donors ensuring consistent outreach, appreciation, and engagement. Donor Stewardship: Work closely with the fundraising team to identify impactful stories and share personalized updates that deepen donor connection. Event Support: Assist with the planning and execution of local fundraising and donor engagement events. CRM Maintenance: Maintain and update donor records in the database with precision and consistency. Prospect Research: Identify and organize new donor leads to support team cultivation strategies. Reporting & Admin: Provide support with mailings, reports, acknowledgments, and general fundraising administration. What we are looking for 1–3 years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, or a related nonprofit role. Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with a talent for storytelling and relationship‑building. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
