Senior Lab System Support EngineerWe are seeking a Senior Lab System Support Engineer to support laboratory systems and instrument integration within a regulated pharmaceutical environment. The ideal candidate will have expertise in lab system lifecycle management, vendor coordination, computer system validation (CSV), GxP compliance, and laboratory business processes. This role requires close collaboration with laboratory, QA, IT, and vendor teams to ensure reliable, compliant, and efficient lab operations.Role and Responsibilities:Manage the complete lifecycle of laboratory systems, including implementation, validation, maintenance, upgrades, and decommissioning.Ensure compliance with SDLC, CSV, GLP, GMP, GxP, FDA, and data integrity requirements.Coordinate system upgrades, patching, backups, restoration, archival, and audit readiness.Serve as the primary point of contact for lab system vendors and manage installations, maintenance, SLAs, and issue resolution.Support laboratory software systems and analytical instrument integration.Perform user administration, onboarding/offboarding, and system access management.Coordinate hardware, network, and desktop support activities for laboratory systems.Manage backups, software upgrades, and system configurations.Troubleshoot laboratory instruments such as HPLC, GC, and spectrophotometers.Maintain SOPs, work instructions, validation documents, and technical documentation.Support audits, CAPA, deviation, change management, and regulatory inspections.Collaborate with QA, IT, and laboratory teams to improve system performance and business processes.Required Skills:Lab System Lifecycle ManagementLaboratory Information Systems (LIMS/Lab Systems)Computer System Validation (CSV)SDLCGLP / GMP / GxP ComplianceFDA RegulationsData IntegrityLaboratory Instrument Support (HPLC, GC, Spectrophotometers)Vendor ManagementServiceNow / RemedyCAPA / Change / Deviation ManagementBackup & RestoreSOP & Work Instruction DocumentationUser AdministrationAudit SupportPharmaceutical Laboratory SystemsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, Computer Science, or a related field.8+ years of experience supporting laboratory systems in a pharmaceutical or regulated environment.Strong understanding of laboratory workflows and regulatory compliance.Experience with Computer System Validation (CSV) and GxP environments.Knowledge of laboratory software systems, analytical instruments, and IT infrastructure.Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
