Receiving clerk

Are you detail-oriented, hands-on, and looking for a active role in the fast-paced electronics industry? We are seeking a reliable Receiving & Order Picking Clerk to join our logistics team. In this dynamic role, you will be the backbone of our warehouse-handling incoming shipments of high-tech components, accurately picking customer orders, and utilizing material handling equipment like pallet jacks to keep our inventory moving seamlessly. salary: $45,000 - $52,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Inbound Inspection: Inspect incoming freight, containers, and packages for shipping damage, correct piece counts, and purchase order (PO) match.
• System Entry: Log received inventory into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) using handheld RF barcode scanners, ensuring accurate serial number and lot tracking.
• Unloading Freight: Unload delivery trucks using manual or electric pallet jacks and stage goods in designated inbound areas.
• Discrepancy Reporting: Promptly report damaged electronics, short shipments, or overages to the warehouse supervisor or purchasing department.
