This role ensures smooth daily operations by performing preventive maintenance and executing timely corrective repairs with basic troubleshooting expertise.Focused on reliability and customer satisfaction, the Maintenance Tech 2 optimizes costs and resources while maintaining a safe and efficient workspace. Key responsibilities include replenishing GPT machines, troubleshooting issues with conveyors and box machines, and ensuring vehicles are charged.What You Will DoProactively identify issues, provide clear feedback to the supervisor, and recommend improvements to strengthen equipment reliability and optimize the preventive maintenance strategy.Support Maintenance Tech 1s when needed.Diagnose and repair reported equipment issues quickly and effectively to restore optimal working conditions.Communicate findings and recurring concerns to the supervisor and collaborate with senior technicians when troubleshooting complex or repeat problems.Respond promptly to maintenance requests by partnering with customers to understand needs and deliver timely, high-quality solutions.Track required materials, spare parts, and supplies to ensure efficient execution and minimize downtime.Support equipment installations, upgrades, layout changes, refurbishments, and other improvement initiatives, contributing to successful project execution and continuous operational enhancement.Analyze problems using the A3 tool and root cause analysis.What You Will BringEducation: Highschool diploma or GED required.
