Manager, Strategic Finance

As part of a fast-paced, mission-driven organization, the Strategic Finance Manager will play a strategic role in financial forecasting, executive reporting, and model development to support organizational growth. Work Location This role can be based out of the following hubs: Seattle, San Francisco, Scottsdale, Atlanta, Sterling, Boston, NYC. The position follows a hybrid schedule with onsite work required Tuesdays through Fridays, and remote work on Mondays unless a workplace accommodation has been approved. Your Impact The Strategic Finance Manager reports directly to the Director of Strategic Finance, leading the three‑statement financial forecast and executive reporting packages. The role builds and maintains financial models, manages intra‑quarter forecast processes, drives improved forecast accuracy, and provides insights and commentary on financial performance. This position also supports Board and C‑Team presentations and participates in corporate FP&A meetings and ad‑hoc projects. What You'll Do Assist in the management of Axon’s P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting packages and dashboards Own the intra‑quarter forecast process and identify key risks and opportunities Identify and implement model enhancements to drive improved forecast accuracy Analyze financial results and provide insightful commentary on financial performance Assist with developing Board and C‑Team presentations Participate in corporate FP&A meetings, such as executive corporate forecast reviews and budget vs. actuals reviews Assist with ad‑hoc FP&A projects arising from rapid growth What You Bring Advanced degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Accounting Minimum of 4 years of finance experience, including financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and business analytics in a high‑growth environment Proven history of developing and maintaining three‑statement financial models Proven track record of driving cost controls and influencing EBITDA improvement Excellent analytical, oral and written communication skills for frequent interaction with financial and non‑financial leaders Superb attention to detail, strong planning and organization skills, and the ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and deliver in a fast‑paced environment Concern for high‑quality deliverables and deadlines Benefits that Benefit You Competitive salary and 401k with employer match Discretionary paid time off Paid parental leave for all Medical, Dental, Vision plans Fitness Programs Emotional & Mental Wellness support Learning & Development programs Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) Snacks in our offices Base Pay Range: $106,950 - $171,120 USD.
