We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our multidisciplinary clinic in Michigan. In this role, you will provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages, from infants to seniors, ensuring continuity of care and a holistic approach to health and wellness. Responsibilities include diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions, performing preventive care, and collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Manage a wide range of acute and chronic illnesses across all age groups.
• Provide preventive care, including routine check-ups, vaccinations, and health screenings.
• Collaborate with specialists, nurses, and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.

Qualifications:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) and board certification in Family Medicine.
• Active medical license in Michigan.
