Job Description: The Chicago Marriott O'Hare is looking for a Room Attendant to join our hotel team!
- Clean guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing bathrooms, and restocking amenities.
- Replace used towels and linens with fresh ones.
- Replenish supplies such as soap, shampoo, and toilet paper.
- Ensure all room furniture and fixtures are clean and in good condition.
- Report any maintenance issues or room damages to the supervisor promptly.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
- Adhere to brand standards for cleanliness and presentation.
- Respect guests' privacy and respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.
- Work efficiently to meet daily room quotas.
- Maintain a positive and team-oriented attitude.
- Follow lost and found procedures for any items left behind.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous housekeeping or hotel experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically able to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly.
