Warehouse Logistics Coordinator

The HT Group has a manufacturing client in Austin, TX looking for a Logistics Coordinator who is experienced, organized, and solutions-focused to serve as a senior operational resource supporting shipping, receiving, fulfillment, carrier coordination, and daily warehouse logistics. Responsibilities: Coordinate daily shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, and outbound shipment activities. Book and coordinate orders and shipments while working closely with FedEx and other transportation carriers. Monitor logistics workflows and help ensure customer orders are processed and shipped on time. Troubleshoot shipment discrepancies, documentation issues, and other day-to-day operational challenges. Maintain accurate logistics records and support material movement, staging, palletizing, and shipment preparation. Provide guidance, mentoring, and training to Logistics Coordinators and Warehouse Associates without serving as a formal people manager. Identify workflow inefficiencies and support continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements: 3+ years of logistics experience, including senior- or lead-level operational experience. Strong knowledge of shipping, receiving, fulfillment, carrier coordination, and warehouse operations. Experience with WMS, ERP, TMS, shipping software, or related logistics systems; NetSuite experience is a plus. Ability to mentor and support team members while remaining hands-on in daily operations. Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional warehouse and manufacturing environment.
