Design Engineer II- Gas

*Must be located in the DFW area*Introduction:Join our dedicated team as a Design Engineer II – Natural Gas, where you will support critical natural gas infrastructure projects within our growing Public Improvement team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of natural gas distribution design, plan review, and project coordination, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of public improvement projects.Responsibilities:In this role, you will support the full lifecycle of natural gas distribution projects while working closely with project engineers, designers, and crossfunctional stakeholders. Your work will include reviewing public improvement plans, preparing engineering designs, performing engineering calculations, developing pipeline routes, and creating construction estimates. You will coordinate with internal teams, municipalities, and external partners while providing field support and site visits as needed. This position offers remote work flexibility, with site visits based in Dallas, TX.
