Position Title: CNA LTC

Location: Vestal, NY 13850

Duration: 16 weeks

Work Schedule: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM (212-hour shifts) OR Evening: 2:45 PM 11:15 PM (58-hour shifts)

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility.
• Monitor residents' condition and promptly report changes to the nursing team.
• Record patient care and observations accurately in the EMR.
• Provide compassionate care to residents, including those with Alzheimer's disease and dementia.

To be considered for this position, you should have:

• Active New York State CNA License (required).
• Minimum 1 year of Long-Term Care (LTC) experience preferred. Candidates with recent rehabilitation, hospital, or medical-surgical experience will also be considered.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient care skills.
