Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking Emergency Medicine Physicians for substantial locum tenens coverage in Port Angeles, Washington . This Olympic Peninsula opportunity combines 10+ shifts per month , a well-supported physician/APP coverage model and a medium-high acuity Emergency Department.

• 12-hour physician shifts
• 6A–6P | 2P–2A | 6P–6A
• ~27,500 annual ED visits
• 21-bed Emergency Department
• Level III Trauma
  • 36 HOURS/DAY PHYSICIAN COVERAGE
  • 24 HOURS/DAY APP COVERAGE
• Medium-high acuity
• Epic EMR
• Daily physician + APP coverage
• 24/7 radiology, CT and ultrasound; bedside ultrasound available

Coverage Model

• Day physician: 6A–6P
• Swing physician: 2P–2A
• Night physician: 6P–6A
• APP coverage: 8A–8P + 11A–11P
• Physicians provide APP supervision

Requirements

• Active Washington license + DEA
• BC/BE Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or General Surgery
• Recent Emergency Medicine experience
• ACLS, PALS & ATLS as applicable
• ATLS waived for ABEM-certified physicians
