Join Kadlec Clinic as a full-time Urologist in its well-established Urology practice in Richland, Washington. This is a great opportunity to perform a broad range of general Urology procedures as part of a dedicated, collaborative team. • Full-time position, 4.5-day work week
• 1:4 call, 6 days per month
• Specialties including IR and CR Surgeons available
• Generous hospital and ASC block time available
• Join 2 seasoned physicians with APC support
• New graduates are welcome; robust onboarding and mentorship
• H1b visa and 2028 J1 waiver eligible
• 2 Davinci Robots, and Aquablation available
• PSLF eligible and complimentary student loan consultant
• Compensation is between $511,699 and $674,990 per year
• Generous recruitment incentives including $15,000 relocation, $5,000 annual CME
