Manage administrative tasks such as scorecards, handwritten notes, follow‑up calls, and other store‑related activities to maintain smooth operations. Uphold brand standards, delivering outstanding service that enhances the store’s reputation and customer satisfaction. Address and resolve customer and team challenges effectively, maintaining a positive store environment. Work closely with leadership and team members to align store performance with company goals.
