What You'll Do

• Receive perfusion pump lines and prepare for cannulation
• Assist with complex cardiovascular and thoracic surgeries such as Aneurysm Repair, CABG, Valve Replacements, and TAVR procedures
• Support surgical team during procedures including robotic and minimally invasive surgeries
• Ensure sterile technique and adherence to safety protocols in the CVOR environment
• Maintain equipment and assist with patient positioning and prepping during procedures
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate successful surgical outcomes

What You Need

• Required:
  • Valid NBSTSA certification
  • BCLS certification
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Level 1 Trauma Center, Vascular, or Thoracic surgery cases
  • Ability to receive lines from perfusion and prepare for cannulation
• Preferred:
  • Level 1 Trauma experience with case diversity
  • Past experience with heart and lung transplant cases, valve replacement, or aortic dissection
