True Heating & Cooling in Westminster, CO is seeking a full-time Operations Manager who thrives on ownership, accountability, and results. Pay PAY : $80,000–$200,000 per year Benefits Fully paid health insurance Paid time off (PTO) Over 100 hrs of paid training Fully paid technical training school 401k with company match Company Van to take home Tool account plus company-provided tools Guaranteed 40 hours per week Qualifications 7+ years of HVAC management experience Experience managing operations for a $5M+ HVAC business At least five years of HVAC field experience is preferred. Schedule This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position from 7 AM to 5 PM .
