Requirements:Excellent communication and customer service skills. Must be able to install, repair and perform maintenance on all types of residential plumbing systems. Philadelphia Plumbers License a plus Must have a valid driver's license. Must be able to bend, walk, crawl, climb ladders, kneel, lift up to 50lbs. Minimum 5 to 7-years' experience Sales training a plus. Must be experienced in the service industry. Service tech that possesses skills to educate customers on deficiencies found in the home and give options on ways we can help them. Job Duties:Experienced in sewer cleaning, repair, and replacement. Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential applications. Inspects joints, valves, pumps, boilers, water heaters, sinks, commodes, tanks, valves, and other plumbing system components to locate malfunctions, and repairs or replaces when necessary. Studies plans, drawings, specifications, and work orders to determine work requirements and sequence of repairs and/or installations. Performs preventative maintenance work as required.
