Lead Diesel Mechanic Pay: $36 - $40 Per Hour Job Type: Full-time Job Description Now Hiring: Lead Diesel Mechanic – Join a Team That Values You! As a Diesel Mechanic, you’ll be responsible for maintenance and repair of medium and heavy-duty trucks, providing expert service where our customers need it most. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair diesel engines, electrical systems, brakes, drivetrains, and other components. Perform service and scheduled fleet maintenance. Utilize diagnostic software and tools to troubleshoot issues. Maintain accurate service records and communicate with customers and the team. Ensure all repairs meet safety and compliance standards. Qualifications Experienced Diesel Mechanics with a strong mechanical background. Ability to work independently. Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills. Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus). Excellent communication with customers and team members. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines, transmissions, and related systems. Conduct thorough inspections of diesel equipment and diagnose problems using diagnostic tools and schematics.
