We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Temporary Site Safety Coordinator to join our team for a critical 3-6 month project within a dynamic data center construction environment. This hands-on role is essential for maintaining a safe and compliant worksite, ensuring the well-being of all personnel, and upholding rigorous safety standards.

Site Safety Coordinator Details:

• Temporary position
• $35.00 to $45.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 04:30pm )

• Conduct daily safety inspections
• Ensure strict adherence to OSHA regulations, client safety protocols, and site-specific safety plans
• Lead engaging new hire safety orientations and conduct ongoing safety training sessions
• Thoroughly investigate all incidents and reported safety concerns, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions
• Maintain meticulous safety documentation, records, and reports
• Monitor safety performance, ensuring compliance with established standards
• Verify the correct use and condition of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and other safety equipment
• Collaborate closely with project managers and field supervisors to proactively identify, assess, and mitigate potential hazards

Site Safety Coordinator Qualifications:

• Minimum OSHA 10 certification
• Proven experience in construction safety or related industrial environments
• Demonstrated knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) principles and practices
• Ability to conduct thorough visual inspections and identify potential safety risks
• Strong training and presentation skills, comfortable leading groups
• Excellent administrative skills for documentation, reporting, and record-keeping
• Willingness and ability to work overtime
• Must be comfortable with constant standing, frequent bending, and occasional lifting
• Full construction PPE required
