Leasing Admin

Location: Rancho Cordova, CA 95670

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Position Overview -

A well-established property management company is seeking a Leasing Admin to support one of its residential communities in Rancho Cordova. This is a client-facing role focused on leasing, resident relations, and community engagement.

The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative, service-driven environment, with the ability to build strong relationships with both prospective and current residents.

Key Responsibilities

Leasing & Sales

• Conduct property tours and present community features to prospective residents
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits
• Manage the leasing process from initial contact through application and move-in
• Support marketing efforts, including outreach and community engagement initiatives

Resident Relations

• Build and maintain positive relationships with current residents
• Assist with lease renewals and ensure a smooth renewal process
• Address resident concerns promptly and professionally, providing solutions and follow-up

Administrative Support

• Maintain accurate records within property management systems and databases
• Manage scheduling, calendar coordination, and follow-ups
• Assist with reporting, documentation, and general office tasks
• Utilize social media and digital platforms to support leasing efforts

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Yardi/Entrata experience preferred
• Ability to manage appointments and maintain organized follow-through
• Proficiency in computer systems, including databases, calendars, and social media platforms
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid drivers license with reliable transportation and a clean driving record
• Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience in leasing, property management, retail, sales, or hospitality

Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
