A Loan Support Consultant within PNC's Midland Loan Servicing - Bank Servicing organization, you will be based within the PNC Midland footprint.

As a Loan Support Consultant within the Bank Servicing Department, you will be responsible for the loan administration of a variety of commercial real estate loans that range in complexity and structure. The candidate must have strong technical skills, an understanding of commercial real estate loan documents, and an aptitude for customer service. They must also be skilled at reading and interpreting loan documents to accurately determine how to calculate amounts relating to interest accruals, prepayment premiums, and undrawn commitment fees.

The successful candidate for Bank Servicing will have the following skills and characteristics:

• Ability to work independently and as well as with a team
• A strong understanding of adjustable interest rates
• Ability to think critically and problem solve
• Strong customer service skills for talking to borrowers and clients as this role will be both borrower facing and client facing

This position may be eligible for remote work in select geographic locations, subject to approval by PNC. If approved, work must be conducted from a quiet, secure, and confidential home-based workspace. Occasional in-office participation may be required based on business needs.
