Director, Supply Chain Sales & Operations Planning and Execution (S&OP)

This position is based at our headquarters in Mooresville, North Carolina. Key Responsibilities Lead enterprise S&OP and Supply Chain Control Tower processes across weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual planning horizons. Align demand, supply, inventory, capacity, and financial plans to support business growth, seasonal execution, and Tier 1 events. Partner with Supply Chain, Merchandising, Finance, Technology, and Operations leaders to drive integrated decision‑making. Define and deliver Control Tower capabilities that provide end‑to‑end visibility, exception management, and actionable insights. Ensure alignment between mid‑to‑long‑term planning (S&OP) and short‑term execution (S&OE). Establish governance, KPIs, and performance management routines to track plan effectiveness and outcomes. Build and lead a high‑performing team focused on integrated planning and execution alignment. Minimum Qualifications 8–10+ years of experience in supply chain planning, S&OP / IBP, or related leadership roles. Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment in complex, matrixed organizations. Strong expertise in S&OP, S&OE, and enterprise planning governance. Experience with planning and analytics platforms such as SAP, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, and Power BI. Exceptional communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
