Open Rank Asst/Assoc/Professor- Renal Pathologist (Pathology) The Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine, Joe R. and Teresa Lozano Long School of Medicine, at UT Health San Antonio (UTHSA) seeks an experienced Renal Pathologist to support a busy transplant program. The appointment will be faculty level commensurate with the candidate’s credentials and accomplishments. Ancillary studies such as immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence, and electron microscopy are available in‑house. The ideal candidate will also have experience or interest in general surgical pathology or specialized surgical pathology services including bone & soft tissue, genitourinary, and gastrointestinal pathology. Qualifications: Medical, DO, or PhD degree and board certification by the American Board of Pathology in Anatomic or Anatomic & Clinical Pathology. Recognized scholarly achievements, teaching experience, and an established publication record. Current Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
