Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough client assessments to understand individual needs and formulate effective treatment plans.
  • Delivering personalized therapy sessions utilizing tailored approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other relevant modalities.
  • Setting therapeutic goals together with clients and continuously monitoring their progress towards achieving these objectives.
  • Providing teletherapy options for clients who may face barriers to in-person services, ensuring accessibility and convenience.
  • Maintaining meticulous documentation of each client interaction, adhering to ethical standards and legal requirements.
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay informed about best practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your clients may include individuals experiencing a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma, and stress-related disorders. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele from various backgrounds and age groups, providing each individual with specialized support and treatment tailored to their specific needs.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Current and valid state licensure as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong therapeutic relationships with clients.
  • A genuine sense of empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude essential for effective therapy.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage a diverse caseload effectively.
Preferred Experience

Experience in outpatient settings and familiarity with teletherapy platforms are preferred. Additionally, understanding evidence-based practices for treating trauma, anxiety, and depression, alongside training in specialized therapeutic modalities, will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, dependent on your caseload and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes administrative support for scheduling, billing, and insurance processing, as well as reimbursement for continuing education to foster your professional development.
