We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team for an 8-month assignment. The ideal candidate will have experience in optimizing manufacturing processes and improving product quality. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in manufacturing support and a keen eye for detail.

Location: Clearwater, FL -33764 Duration: 8 Months

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing support/environment
• Experience in planning and designing manufacturing processes
• Proficiency in analyzing equipment layout, workflow, and assembly methods
• Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in writing manufacturing work instructions
• Proven track record of implementing process changes that improve product quality
• Strong communication skills for coordinating between different departments

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Plan and design manufacturing processes in an industrial plant
• Maximize efficiency by analyzing layout of equipment, workflow, and work force utilization
• Determine parts and tools needed to achieve manufacturing goals according to product specifications
