Bi-lingual Semiconductor Operation (KR-ENG)

Samsung C&T America has an operation office in Austin and supplies various semiconductor chemical (Bulk Chemical, Specialty Chemical) to Samsung Electronics and Semiconductor FABs in the US. The main key of the business is trading materials from the US, Korea and Japan to the US Semiconductor FABs handling all operation process and providing them to the site in a timely manner, and localizing chemical manufacturing site by investment with cutting-edge technical providers to set up and enhance the Supply Chain in the US along with Semiconductor Fabs investment. We are recruiting a self-motivated and enthusiastic Operation Professional. The ideal candidate is someone who has experience of trading and logistics. Job Summary Samsung C&T America is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Professional to support semiconductor chemical trading and supply chain operations in the U.S. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end import and sales operations, coordinating international shipments, maintaining ERP and operational records, and collaborating with customers, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure timely product delivery. The ideal candidate is a fast learner with strong communication skills, a high level of accuracy, and experience in logistics, trading, or semiconductor-related industries. Key Responsibilities Manage import and sales operations for semiconductor chemicals. Coordinate and monitor international shipment schedules. Process customer orders and maintain shipping documentation. Track AR/AP schedules and update ERP systems and Excel-based reports. Liaise with customers, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure on-time delivery. Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions related to quality, delivery, and supply chain performance. Support daily supply chain and trading activities to ensure smooth business operations. Qualifications 1-5 years of experience in logistics, trading, supply chain, or related industries. Semiconductor or chemical industry experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
