Xenia Cartage Inc. is hiring dependable, motivated Delivery Drivers for our operation based out of Miamisburg, Ohio.

This is a full-time delivery position delivering packages to residential and business customers. We are looking for people who are reliable, comfortable working independently, and willing to put in an honest day’s work.

Pay & Benefits

• Starting pay: $165 per day
• Additional performance bonuses available after 30 days

Drivers who perform well and consistently complete their routes have opportunities to earn more.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver and pick up packages at homes and businesses
• Operate a company-provided delivery vehicle
• Follow an assigned daily route
• Load, organize, and safely handle packages
• Use a handheld scanner and navigation technology
• Provide professional customer service
• Complete deliveries accurately and efficiently
• Perform basic pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections

Schedule

We operate Monday through Sunday.

Full-time drivers are expected to be available for five days per week, including at least one weekend day.

Start times are generally in the morning, and drivers finish when their assigned route is completed.

Requirements

Applicants must:

• Be at least 21 years old
• Have a valid driver’s license
• Have a safe driving record
• Be able to pass a background check
• Be able to pass a drug screen
• Be able to pass a DOT physical
• Be comfortable driving a delivery vehicle
• Be able to repeatedly lift and carry packages throughout the day
• Be dependable and show up when scheduled

Delivery experience is helpful but is not required. Training is provided.

We are especially interested in candidates with experience in delivery, landscaping, construction, warehouse work, moving, military service, transportation, or other physically active jobs.
