Demand Generation Specialist

OTR Solutions is looking for a Demand Generation Specialist to support the execution of marketing campaigns that build awareness, generate qualified leads and contribute to pipeline growth.

Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, you'll work alongside experienced marketers to build and launch campaigns across email, paid media, digital channels, and other marketing programs. You'll gain hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM systems, campaign analytics, and experimentation while developing a strong foundation in B2B demand generation.

This is a strong opportunity for an early-career marketer who is curious, analytical, organized, and eager to understand how marketing influences the entire customer journey.

Responsibilities:

• Support the build, launch, and monitoring of multi-channel demand generation campaigns.
• Build and update emails, landing pages, forms, audience lists, and campaign workflows.
• Assist with audience segmentation and lead nurture programs.
• Coordinate campaign assets, timelines, and approvals with Marketing team members.
• Perform QA across campaign assets, links, forms, tracking parameters, and workflows before launch.
• Monitor campaign performance and help identify trends across engagement, leads, and conversions.
• Assist with campaign reporting and maintain accurate campaign documentation.
• Support A/B testing across messaging, creative, audiences, and campaign experiences.
• Work within marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and campaign-management platforms.
• Collaborate with Director of Demand Generation and Sales team, and others to support campaign execution.
• Gather feedback and campaign data to help identify opportunities for improvement.
• Learn to use AI and automation tools responsibly to improve productivity, research and analysis.
• Stay current on digital marketing, demand generation and marketing technology trends.

What we look for:

• Some experience in marketing, digital marketing, communications, internships, or a related environment.
• College degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field preferred.
• Foundational understanding of digital marketing and an interest in B2B demand generation.
• Strong analytical curiosity and comfort working with data.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple assignments.
• Willingness to learn CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and paid media platforms.
• Ability to receive feedback, ask thoughtful questions, and apply what you've learned.
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
