Coordinator- Warehouse 2nd shift

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

1. Records shipment data including products received, space availability, and discrepancies.

2. Determines appropriate shipping methods for sending food products.

3. Contacts carrier representative to arrange and to issue instructions for delivery of materials.

4. Confers with representatives to rectify problems, such as damages, shortages, or nonconformance.

5. Prepares documents such as bills of lading, and shipping orders.

6. Acts as a liaison to other departments.

7. Sorts, files, and scans documents.

8. Maintains an accurate inventory of office supplies.

9. Coordinates distribution events.

Job Specifications

1. 3-5 years office experience is preferred.

2. High school diploma or equivalent is required.

3. Basic PC skills are required.

4. The position will be required to perform basic math.

5. Skilled in 10-key data entry.

6. Excellent oral and written communication skills.

7. English/Spanish bilingual preferred.

Working Conditions

1. Office and Warehouse environment.

2. The environment will be wet and cold with temperatures ranging from 0°F to 70°F.

3. Repetitive hand, wrist, and finger activities.

4. Production demands may require overtime and/or evening or weekend scheduling.

Compensation
$21.31 - $25.57 Non-Exempt (Hourly)
