Clinical Director

Clinical Director Opportunity District Partners has been retained by a growing outpatient behavioral health organization that is expanding into the Vancouver, WA market and is seeking a Clinical Director to help build and lead a high-quality outpatient behavioral health program. This individual will serve as the senior clinical leader for the location, partnering closely with executive leadership to support clinicians, strengthen clinical operations, and help shape the long‑term growth and culture of the organization. This is an opportunity for a clinically grounded leader who enjoys balancing mentorship, operational partnership, program development, and quality oversight within a growing and evolving behavioral health environment. What You’ll Do: Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and support across outpatient behavioral health services Partner closely with executive leadership to help build and scale the Vancouver market Support, mentor, and develop clinicians, supervisors, and clinical staff Ensure high‑quality therapeutic services and adherence to evidence‑based practices Review clinical documentation, workflows, and treatment standards to ensure consistency and compliance Assist with development and implementation of clinical policies, procedures, and quality initiatives Provide consultation and support on complex clinical cases and crisis situations Foster a collaborative, accountable, and clinician‑supportive culture Identify opportunities for operational and clinical process improvement Assist with hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of clinical staff Support program expansion efforts and future growth initiatives Ensure compliance with state regulations, ethical standards, and organizational expectations Collaborate cross‑functionally with operations and administrative leadership to improve patient and team experience What You’ll Have: Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field Active Washington State licensure as LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, or Psychologist 7+ years of clinical experience within behavioral health or outpatient mental health settings Prior leadership, supervision, or program management experience strongly preferred Strong understanding of evidence‑based therapeutic interventions and clinical best practices Experience supporting clinicians, improving workflows, and maintaining quality/compliance standards Comfortable operating within a growing and evolving organization Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation systems Why this Role: Opportunity to help build and shape a new market from the ground floor High visibility and direct partnership with executive leadership Ability to influence culture, clinical quality, and operational structure Strong emphasis on clinician support, mentorship, and development Growing organization with meaningful long‑term growth potential Combination of leadership, strategy, and hands‑on clinical partnership Entrepreneurial environment where ideas and process improvements are valued Competitive base salary plus performance‑based incentives.
