Role:- Mainframe Developer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain software applications. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver high quality solutions that meet business requirements and enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement software applications and systems.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following coding standards.
• Analyze user requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing.
• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and other developers.
• Maintain software documentation and technical specifications.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor application performance and optimize as needed.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in software development.
• Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, or similar.
• Experience with databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with modern frameworks such as React, Angular, .NET, Spring Boot, or Node.js.
• Relevant technical certifications.

The pay range for this role is $80,000- $85,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
