WHAT YOU’LL DO:
The Assistant Branch Manager is responsible for providing a superior level of member relations and promoting the sales and service culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation. Achieve individual and branch sales goals through new business sales, referrals and retention of account relationships. Assist the Branch Manager in the development of new deposits and loan business. Also responsible for supervising the efficient daily operations of the branch, including operations, lending, product sales, member service, and security and safety in accordance with the Credit Union’s objectives.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
Availability to work 40 hours per week Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:15am – 5:15pm and rotating Saturdays 8:45am – 1:15pm at our Minneapolis South branch location; exempt.

In addition:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field, or four years of equivalent work experience.
• Two years of experience in a sales position promoting products and services.
• A valid state driver’s license and insurance.
• Experience coaching and motivating a team, preferred.
• A track record of successful sales.
• Strong interpersonal skills, maturity, and good judgment.
• Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive personal projection as demonstrated by professional appearance and attitude.
• Ability to work in a complex, competitive, and rapidly changing environment.
• Ability to analyze and resolve situations independently.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, effectively delegate, and set deadlines.
• Required to be compliant with the terms and conditions outlined in TruStone Financial’s SAFE Act Policy, which includes the submission of fingerprints, the successful completion of an FBI background check and maintaining current and compliant registration in Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
• Compliance with Bank Secrecy Act and all its provisions.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and various background checks.
• Regular and reliable attendance at the workplace.

WHAT WE OFFER:
The salary range for this position is $54,500.00 to $75,000 per year. In addition, we offer:
