Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in secondary education and/or Spanish related field of study. Proficiency in the Spanish language and experience teaching Spanish in a classroom setting. Strong love and commitment to helping students work through mistakes while building pro-social and academic skills. Experience working with middle or high school-aged children in an academic or youth development setting. Experienced teachers must show a proven track record of achievement in the classroom.
