Clinical Setting Snapshot Annual ED Volume: 22,000 Facility: 25-bed hospital | 14 ED beds Trauma Level: IV Coverage Model: 24-hour physician coverage, 12-hour NP/PA support EMR: Electronic T-Sheets Schedule & Practice Model Predictable scheduling with equitable shift distribution. Supported coverage model with dedicated APP staffing. Opportunity for a balanced mix of clinical shifts based on candidate preference.
